Charges
Video calls are offered free of charge. There is no obligation to purchase.
Booking
- Select Book Video Call on our website and choose a preferred time. Calls are available 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, all days.
- Your appointment will be confirmed by WhatsApp or phone.
Rescheduling
A missed call may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. If the rescheduled call is also missed, a new booking will be required.
Product Appearance
The appearance of jewellery may vary slightly on video due to lighting, camera quality and screen settings.
Technical Issues
If a call cannot take place due to a technical issue on our side, we will reschedule it at a convenient time.
