For international orders, delivery details are shared with our courier partners and customs authorities. Personal data is retained while your account remains active. On a request for deletion, your data is erased, except order and invoice records that must be retained under applicable tax laws.

Children
Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. A parent or guardian who believes a child has shared personal data with us may contact us to have it deleted.
Google Sign-In
Information received through Google sign-in is used only to authenticate you. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

For any privacy-related query, request or complaint, please contact our Grievance Desk. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
