Artificial jewellery is crafted to be lightweight, affordable and elegant. This policy explains which variations are inherent to such products and which issues qualify as damage.
Product Images
We make every effort to represent each product accurately through photographs, videos and descriptions. Minor differences in colour, polish or finish may occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings. These are not considered defects.
Normal Variations
The following may occur during manufacturing or transit and are characteristic of artificial jewellery:
- A loose bead
- A small stone becoming detached
- A slight bend
Such variations are not considered damage and are not eligible for return or refund. They can generally be repaired easily at a local jewellery repair shop.
Qualifying Damage
The following are treated as damage and are the only grounds for a return, and are eligible for a full refund under our Returns & Refunds policy:
- A broken product
- A significant missing part
- A product of the wrong design, colour or variant delivered
An unedited unboxing video and your order number must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
