Cancellation by the Customer
A cancellation request may be raised within 2 hours of placing the order, from My Account → Orders or by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation by WhatsApp or email.
After 2 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation Charges
No cancellation charges apply.
Refund on Cancellation
The full order amount is refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of cancellation. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Cancellation by Mehfeez Jewels
We may cancel an order where a product is out of stock, the delivery pin code is not serviceable, or payment cannot be verified. In all such cases, the amount paid is refunded in full.
